Head Housekeeper
Depending on experience
Experienced Head Housekeeper, reporting to the Front of House Manager
1.
The cleanliness of all bedrooms, corridors and public areas including the gymnasium and sports pavilion.
2.
Controlling the linen, dry-cleaning, uniform issue/purchases
3.
Maintaining a lost property register and storage facility
4.
Ensuring First aid boxes are stocked
5.
To ensure the room status is accurately updated on the Front Office System
6.
Compilation of Staff rotas and room assistant daily work sheets
7.
Ordering and controlling of all cleaning materials, disposables and light equipment.
8.
Supervise any sub contract cleaning such as carpets and windows
9.
To attend meetings and training courses as required.
10.
To maintain the company and statutory standards of COSHH
11.
Completion of Training records for your department
12.
To assist in other tasks, identified from time to time by the Management to further promote the general advancement of the services offered to the guests.
This would suit someone ideally with at least one to two years experience as a Head Housekeeper in a similar operation or be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Head Housekeeper looking for a progressive and challenging role

Weekend Front Office Assistant
£6.51 per hour
Weekend Front Office Assistant
Weekend coverage of the reception desk, working 12 hours shifts on Saturday or Sundays.
Duties will include:
1.
General Front Office duties
2.
Security patrols
3.
Taking messages
4.
Excellent customer service with the general public and guests

Receptionist
Depending on experience
The Receptionist is the first and last person the guest sees in the hotel. Your welcome and the appearance of the front desk starts the guest’s stay on the best note. As part of your job, you will deal with reservations and communicate the necessary information regarding the guest’s stay to Housekeeping, the Restaurant, Maintenance and any other departments the guest will come into contact with.
In case of a query or complaint, many guests will contact the front desk and expect you to deal with the problem promptly and professionally. You may also be responsible for taking payments. Receptionists work the switchboard, directing incoming calls, and assisting guests to make external calls.
"So, what experience do I need?”
1.
Able to work a variety of shifts earlies, lates weekends and evenings
2. Good command of the English language, with excellent telephone manner
3.
Experience of working in a customer service environment – preferably working in hospitality, retail or leisure
4.
Confident using a PC
5.
Familiarity using reservation systems
6.
Legal right to work in the UK or Ireland
